Our standard fee includes
the following:
• We search Montenegro
for value investments. We negotiate the initial selling
price on your behalf ensuring that you are getting maximum
value for your money.
• Our staff in the
UK or Ireland will be glad to discuss your requirements
with you and assist you with any initial advice or additional
information you require. This includes providing you
with our expert knowledge on pricing expectations, regional
and area advice, trends, mortgages, taxation consideration
or indeed anything you need to know – Just ask.
• Thereafter, if
you choose to proceed to the next step, we will create
a specific portfolio of property's which match your
requirements for your consideration.
• We are happy to
arrange your travel and accommodation, car hire - or
offer impartial advice on the best way to get there
and where to stay. No pressure, just tell us what you
need.
• At your leisure,
we will arrange transportation in the company of one
of our English-speaking property agents to view the
properties selected.
• When you find your
dream home in Montenegro, under advice from you, our
team will negotiate a final price with the seller. From
there we will act as your agent through to completion
(See Buying Guide – The Steps Involved) including setting
up a bank account etc.
• Once you have decided
on your dream home, we are happy to introduce you to
a local reputable lawyer who will assist you in completing
your purchase.
