| Kieran Kelleher, Managing Director |
Kieran left Ireland in 1987 and moved to Australia. Whilst in Australia, Kieran spent 7 years completing post graduate studies culminating in a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The University of Technology in Sydney. In 1995, Kieran was appointed Regional Managing Director for Asia with a large British engineering firm and spent six years living in Singapore, Indonesia, China and New Zealand.
In 2002, Kieran returned to the UK to take up the position of Managing Director for the British firm. After ten years in senior management roles, Kieran opted for a lifestyle change and joined his wife Vedrana in the real estate business, setting up first Dream Property Croatia and Montenegro in 2002/ 2004 and then Montenegro Investment Services in 2007.

| Vedrana Kelleher, Director |
Vedrana was born in Dubrovnik and received a degree in Economics from the University of Split, (Dubrovnik branch) in 1988. Subsequent to her working in the airline industry in Dubrovnik, Vedrana left to work in Asia and Australia where she met her Irish husband, Kieran, in 1996. Upon completing six years in Asia, Vedrana relocated to the UK. Whilst living in the UK in 2002, Vedrana founded Dream Property Croatia, initially introducing Croatian property to friends and acquaintances. Vedrana is jointly responsible for the Croatia and Montenegro businesses and plays a key role with Montenegrin partners in providing advice on planning regulations.

| Charles Weston-Baker, Managing Director, Savills Global |
Charles joined Savills in 1997 with over 20 years experience in international resort development and construction. He was previously director of Bovis/P&O, where he was responsible for two of Europe’s leading high quality integrated golf and leisure resorts – Quinta do Lago in Portugal and La Manga Club in Spain – as well as other major development projects worldwide.
Prior to this, Charles served as an officer with the British Army, where his appointments included setting up a tank force for the Sultan of Oman.

| Daniel Von Barloewen, Manager Eastern Europe & Russia, Savills Global |
Daniel joined Savills in July 2007, having previously worked in international marketing in France, Switzerland, Germany, and most recently for a year in Russia. Daniel speaks fluent French, German, and Russian. Daniel oversees the day-today running of the overall set-up and UK sales, coordinates the various ongoing activities, and is responsible for the business development of DPM and MIS Savills both in Russia and internationally.

| Marijo Brzica, Regional Finance Controller |
Born in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Mario finished his primary and secondary education specializing in mathematical science. He graduated from the University of Tourism and Foreign trade earning a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Economics. Marijo gained extensive knowledge and experience in auditing, financial and accounting analysis by working five years for a Dubrovnik based company. Marijo worked for Hotel Bellevue before joining the company in January, covering the role of the Regional Finance Controller. He now lives with his wife and has two children.

| Mija Bulatovic, Administration Manager and Company Director |
Mija was born in Kotor, Montenegro where she completed her primary and secondary education, specializing in musical sciences. She graduated at the Conservatory of Music 'Luigi Cherubini' in Florence, Italy, where she lived for five years. She has spent 2 years in London specializing piano. She obtained a tour guide license from the Ministry of Tourism in Montenegro. Since 2007, she has been working as a tourist guide and is very knowledgeable about the Montenegrin coast. Mija is a conductor of the local Mediterranean singing group 'klapa'.

| Romina Corak, Group Marketing Manager |
After finishing a part of her high school education in her hometown in eastern Croatia, Romina received a scholarship in USA. Thanks to a delightful experience as a high school student, she returned to Oregon to work and travel prior to enrolling to the American College of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik, Croatia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality management and has worked as an assistant marketing manager at the Adriatic Luxury Hotels group in Dubrovnik. Romina has worked in Zagreb in advertising business, but was soon intrigued by the dynamic real estate industry and joined the company as marketing manager.

| Dolores Krgovic, Marketing and Product Manager |
Dolores was born in Kotor, Montenegro. She moved to Victoria, Canada at the age of 17 to receive an International Baccalaureate diploma at the United World College Lester B. Pearson of the Pacific. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where she lived for seven years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Language and in Geo-politics, specializing in Modern European Studies. She worked as an ESL Department Head at Oxford College in Vancouver, and as a Serbian Language Administrator at the Internet’s leading language portal. Dolores is fluent in English, Italian and French. Her interests include photography, writing and hiking.

| Jelena Cvjetković, UK & Ireland Sales and Marketing Manager |
Originally from Dubrovnik, Jelena moved to Italy and then later to the UK worked as a tour director. She eventually settled in Tuscany where she spent 13 years gaining vast and varied work experience. Her experience is not mainly linked to the travel industry but has also done numerous film subtitle translations for major Hollywood production companies and the Venice film festival. She has an in-depth knowledge of both Croatia and Montenegro and speaks English and Italian to native standards. Jelena represents DPM/MIS and is based in Savills, in Mayfar. Her interests include interior design, knitting, yoga, travel and photography.

| Maja Mijic, General Manager |
Maja has worked in various companies covering different sectors and for several years has been a free lancer working as an interpreter. In this line of work she gained a vast experience in coordinating and liaising with international entrepreneurs. The last two years she spent working in a publishing company mainly in the marketing department and in a consulting company as a project coordinator. She graduated from the University of Belgrade, Philological Faculty. She finished one high school year in USA and during her university studies she spent a year in Italy.

| Aleksandar Djurovic Investment and Sales Manager |
Aleksandar was born in Podgorica, Montenegro. He worked as a instructor for the Red Cross in their regional lifeguard training center in Sutomore. After graduating from the Maritime Faculty in Kotor, he worked as an interpreter for local authorities and numerous small companies. In 2007 he joined the Mediterranean Shipping Company as deck cadet where he underwent an extensive training, acquiring the knowledge and skills of safely running a ship. Aleksandar is fluent in English and Italian and has an ear for languages.

| Aleksandar Kovacevic, Sales and Project Manager |
Born in Kotor, Montenegro, Aleksandar moved to Malta with his family at the age of 13. Upon completing his secondary education at the "European School of Malta", he moved to Athens, Greece, graduating from the "St. Lawrence College". After completing his studies Aleksandar spent a year working in the shipping agency "Fillette Green", in New Orleans, USA .In 1999 he moved back to Montenegro and has acted as an administration manager for several companies. During his studies he spent a year in Italy, specializing in the Italian language.

| Lyudmyla Antonyuk, Sales Executive |
Lyudmyla was born in Kiev, Ukraine. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kiev National University with a degree in Trade Law. After graduating, Lyudmyla worked as a manager and an assistant to the lawyer in the Russian-based company that specializes in high-quality clothes import and sale. She moved to Belgrade, Serbia in 2004, where she has completed a Serbian Language course at the Faculty of Philology. She has also received a French Language Beginner’s level Certificate from the French Cultural Centre in Belgrade. Lyudmyla is currently enrolled in a degree program at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, and works for the MIS office in Budva. In her free time, Lyudmyla enjoys swimming, riding a bicycle and going for stroll with her friends.

| Ivana Stanic, Sales Executive |
Ivana was born in Mojkovac, in the north of Montenegro. She graduated from the University of Montenegro, at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Kotor. Ivana holds a Bachelor degree in Tourism and Hotel management. She is currently undergoing a specialization program in Hotel Industry at the same Faculty. After completing her studies, Ivana spent four months working as a receptionist in Hotel “Palas” in Mojkovac. She has experience in translation as well, and has worked as an interpreter at the 2007 Kotor Boat Show. Her interests include music and long walks by the beach.

| Dilyara Khayrutdinova, Administration and Sales Executive |
Dilyara was born in Kazan, Russia. She graduated from the Faculty of Calculating Mathematics and Cybernetics of Kazan State University, and then continued her education in Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University, the Faculty of English language, graduating with the degree in Linguistics and Intercultural communication. After graduation she worked as a translator in various companies, and later as the Acting Head of the translation department for the company specializing in Internet marketing. In 2007 Dilyara moved to Montenegro, where she worked in the real estate company in Herceg Novi. She joined MIS as an Administration and Sales Executive. Her interests include travel, photography and music.

| Sandra Bijelic Administrative Assistant |
Sandra was born in Kotor, Montenegro. She graduated from the Faculty of Maritime management upon which she completed an externship with the largest oil company in Montenegro. She is currently undergoing a master program at the Faculty of Tourism, specializing in tourism communication .Sandra is an active participant in the local musical orchestra and considers music to be a very important segment of her life.
