| Kieran Kelleher, Managing Director |
Kieran left Ireland in 1987 and moved to Australia. Whilst in Australia, Kieran spent 7 years completing post graduate studies culminating in a Masters Degree in Business Administration from The University of Technology in Sydney. In 1995, Kieran was appointed Regional Managing Director for Asia with a large British engineering firm and spent six years living in Singapore, Indonesia, China and New Zealand.
In 2002, Kieran returned to the UK to take up the position of Managing Director for the British firm. After ten years in senior management roles, Kieran opted for a lifestyle change and joined his wife Vedrana in the real estate business, setting up first Dream Property Croatia and Montenegro in 2002/ 2004 and then Savills Montenegro in 2008.

| Vedrana Kelleher, Director |
Vedrana was born in Dubrovnik and received a degree in Economics from the University of Split, (Dubrovnik branch) in 1988. Subsequent to her working in the airline industry in Dubrovnik, Vedrana left to work in Asia and Australia where she met her Irish husband, Kieran, in 1996. Upon completing six years in Asia, Vedrana relocated to the UK. Whilst living in the UK in 2002, Vedrana founded Dream Property Croatia, initially introducing Croatian property to friends and acquaintances. Vedrana is jointly responsible for the Croatia and Montenegro businesses and plays a key role with Montenegrin partners in providing advice on planning regulations.

| Charles Weston-Baker, Managing Director, Savills International Residential |
Charles joined Savills in 1997 with over 20 years experience in international resort development and construction. He was previously director of Bovis/P&O, where he was responsible for two of Europe’s leading high quality integrated golf and leisure resorts – Quinta do Lago in Portugal and La Manga Club in Spain – as well as other major development projects worldwide.
Prior to this, Charles served as an officer with the British Army, where his appointments included setting up a tank force for the Sultan of Oman.

| Daniel Von Barloewen, Associate, Savills International Residential |
Daniel joined Savills in July 2007, having previously worked in international marketing in France, Switzerland, Germany, and most recently for a year in Russia. Daniel speaks fluent French, German, and Russian. Daniel oversees the day-today running of the overall set-up and UK sales, coordinates the various ongoing activities, and is responsible for the business development of Savills Montenegro both in Russia and internationally.

| Mija Kovačević, Administration Manager and Company Director |
Mija was born in Kotor, Montenegro where she completed her primary and secondary education, specializing in musical sciences. She graduated at the Conservatory of Music 'Luigi Cherubini' in Florence, Italy, where she lived for five years. She has spent 2 years in London specializing piano. She obtained a tour guide license from the Ministry of Tourism in Montenegro. Since 2007, she has been working as a tourist guide and is very knowledgeable about the Montenegrin coast. Mija joined Savills Montenegro in March 2008 and has since been responsible for company's administrative and financial matters.

| Dolores Krgović Ilić, Head of Research and Marketing |
Dolores attended the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, specializing in Modern European Studies (Regional Development and Cross-border Cooperation), and in Italian language.She has previously worked as a Department Head at Oxford International Language Institute in Vancouver, BC, as well as the Administrator at the Internet’s leading language portal. She is fluent in English, Italian and French. Dolores joined Savills Montenegro upon her return from Canada, in 2008, and she is responsible for Montenegro market research and project consultancy, company’s marketing activities, graphic design, product and website management.

| Aleksandar Kovačević, Head of Sales |
Born in Kotor, Montenegro, Aleksandar moved to Malta with his family at the age of 13. Upon completing his secondary education at the 'European School of Malta', he moved to Athens, Greece, graduating from the 'St. Lawrence College'. After completing his studies Aleksandar spent a year working in the shipping agency 'Fillette Green', in New Orleans, USA. In 1999 he moved back to Montenegro and has acted as an administration manager for several companies. During his studies he spent a year in Italy, specializing in the Italian language. At Savills Montenegro Aleksandar manages Sales department.

| Dilyara Khayrutdinova, Administration and Sales Executive |
Dilyara was born in Kazan, Russia. She graduated from the Faculty of Calculating Mathematics and Cybernetics of Kazan State University, and then continued her education in Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University, the Faculty of English language, graduating with the degree in Linguistics and Intercultural communication. After graduation she worked as a translator in various companies, and later as the Acting Head of the translation department for the company specializing in Internet marketing. In 2007 Dilyara moved to Montenegro, where she worked in the real estate company in Herceg Novi. She joined Savills Montenegro as an Administration and Sales Executive. Her interests include travel, photography and music.

| Jelena Cvjetković, UK & Ireland Sales Manager for Montenegro |
Jelena grew up in Dubrovnik but spent most of her adult life abroad, first in Italy and now in the UK. Whilst in Italy she worked mainly in the travel industry for UK and Irish tour operators, where she was regional manager for Tuscany and Umbria. She also provided English language courses to corporate clients and worked as a translator of film subtitles for major Hollywood production companies and the Venice film festival. Jelena has an in-depth knowledge of both Croatian and Montenegrin real estate markets and speaks English and Italian to native standard.
Jelena joined Savills in March 2008 where she is now the sales manager for Croatia and Montenegro and part of the Global Development Consultancy Team.
