Effective January 2008, Dream Property Montenegro will split into 2 business units and will now operate under two brand names in Montenegro. Montenegro Investment Services has been created to more accurately reflect the scope of the offer now required and currently provided in the areas of providing consultancy to international investors and major resort sales globally.

- Larger resort sales & marketing globally offering a full concierge service to end user / investor clients
The new operation is run from the head office of Montenegro Investment Services at the Splendid hotel in Becici and headed up by Kieran Kelleher, founder and managing director of Dream Property Montenegro.
The business is supported locally by a team based in established offices in Tivat and Kotor as well as internationally through the Savills Organisation.
Montenegro Investment Services is a full franchise of the global property services business of Savills.
Dream Property Montenegro will continue to operate also under the Savills banner and headed up by Kieran Kelleher. Supported by a new local team, the restructured company will focus on clients seeking resale product and select off plan apartments in smaller developments.
