Tivat is the focus of much interest in Montenegro, as the location of the new super yacht marina and planned by billionaire Peter Munk. Work will start on the project in January 2008. An estimated 500 million euro will be invested in the Tivat area, with new hotels, apartment and villa developments, and a golf course planned.
The office is located on the main promenade in Tivat, just yards from the location of the future marina.
