International Property Consultants Savills has formed a new association with estate agents Dream Property Montenegro & Dream Property Croatia the largest real estate and property consultancy business in the region.
Charles Weston-Baker, Savills International comments: The British have shown great interest in these emerging markets, and most recently in Montenegro where prices have increased by 30% in the last year.
